Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns of unworn merchandise in saleable condition (new, with tags attached) along with proof of purchase within 30 days of delivery for items purchased from our website tacchinius.com. Customized products, fragrance, underwear, and shipping fees are non-returnable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Gift cards cannot be returned but may be redeemed toward merchandise. We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns that appear to be made by resellers or not intended for personal use.

Initiating a Return
To begin a return, please use our returns portal and provide:
a) the order number (beginning with “ST-”)
b) the zip code to which the order was shipped.

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, you must submit a return request within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if it has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. An $8 handling fee and any shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to reflect refunds on your account. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after our confirmation, please check your payment provider for updates.

Sale Items
All sale or marked-down items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please use our returns portal to send back your product and reorder the desired item.

International Orders
All orders shipped outside of the United States are final and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Customers are responsible for paying duties and taxes upon delivery. Carriers may not release packages without these payments. For international returns, shipping costs and any reverse duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Price Adjustments
Our prices may change due to demand, promotions, or availability. We are unable to offer price matching, refunds, or credits for price differences once an order has been placed.
